Saturday, July 4, 2009 - Ate yesterday with grilled scallops and prawns. Wine has very primary minerality and acidity at this point, which give it an almost steely edge. Palate has flavors of ripe lime and apple. The flavor was complete, but this wine is best now for someone who likes a focused French SB.
