Friday, May 7, 2021 - Wow! While the quality of grapes are critically important, Aubert seems to have the ability to raise it 2-4 points higher then others for the same grapes. Bright and clear lemon on color. Lemon and pear on the nose. I am right in line with how Buntingwest described the wine. Finishes long and crisp. Aubert is definitely my "go to" chardonnay.
