Saturday, May 27, 2023 - Here I am again nearly 12 months after the last bottle. Enclosure is still a screw cap :). Pale garnet. Med intensity on the nose. Earthy tertiary notes on the nose with spice, vanilla, cherry, red fruit, maybe some strawberry. Becoming jammy. All promising. On the palate the body is med(+), intensity pronounced, high acidity and med(fine) tannin. A long finish, carried by acidity and a disappointing slight bitterness. Needs drinking imho, so lucky me!
