Sunday, March 7, 2021 - Light red in color. Nose of cherries, licorice, leather. On the heavy side of medium-bodied, nice dense mouth feel. Bright tannins, lingering finish. Paired quite well with the sage and prosciutto in chicken saltimbocca. Would be nice wine for sipping or to complement pizza or pasta or meat dishes.
