Friday, February 12, 2021 - Children's Atlas of Wine: Pinot X (Winhall, VT): Delicious Pinot gris from Baden! Nose is very expressive with ripe orchard fruit and a hint of spice. Palate is ripe and round but not too rich. Acidity is definitely present and helps keep it fresh but it’s not exactly crunchy. Very pleasant
