Wednesday, May 6, 2020 - Golden-amber colour. Unfiltered. Funky, med aromatic nose with oxidative hints. Macerated, at least for a few days? Notes of yeast, orange peel, honey, oriental spices and some volatile acidity. Dry, but with a touch of residual sugar. Med+ acidity, with ripe yellow apple, honey, flor and almond flavours. A nutty-Amontillado like finish. Med+ length. Good, and even though this will not be for everyone, it’s not faulty.. But funky, yes, for sure.
