Friday, July 29, 2022 - 92 Jul 2022 👃 garrigue, black cherry, perfumes. 👅 PnP slightly mouth watering acidity, stems, cherry fruit underpins it all from the back row, nutmeg, cinnamon, kind of lightweight. Very sippable. I think this is like a good southern Rhone red but much more acidic, which is better IMO, though you get better value in southern Rhone. On day 2, lost just a tiny bit of acidity, but also the earthiness, allowing more fruit to come out. Still very good.
