Tuesday, February 14, 2023 - Decanted for 2+ hours, drank with a Cap Steak, duck fat potatoes, and braised spinach. Rich, deep color; nose is dark fruit, tea, with a touch of eucalyptus. It’s full bodied, nicely balanced—not too much of anything, with a long finish. Exceptional with our meal. Still has plenty of time, but doubt it will improve much.
