Friday, January 11, 2008 - Lush, cool blue and black fruit. With a meaty Rhone-ish note that emerged with airtime. Not the slightest bit hot, despite 14.6% alcohol. Only flaw is a slight bitter note on the finish, but it barely detracts from a very, very nice experience. Very nice QPR at $32 at the winery last spring.
