Tuesday, September 27, 2011 - From half-bottle. A bit reticent on opening, this was actually quite mild and forgettable with dinner of mexican food. However, after about an hour of air, it woke up, finally showing earthy Cabernet flavors of cassis and black cherry, with a hint of green pepper. Tannins emerged on the back, and became quite prominent on the last half of the second glass. A lot of sediment in the bottom, so pour carefully or strain.
