Friday, March 15, 2013 - S1 visits Dallas! Opening Cantata. (Urbano Cafe, Dallas, Texas): WIML93

Tasted non blind at a wine dinner. Opened and served immediately.

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of honeysuckle, apricot, lychee and guava. Flavors of lychee, honey and lemon pie. Medium acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink or hold.

    I have one bottle of this wine tucked away in the cellar; I reckon I'll leave it there for awhile. It sounds like it's still rather primary, yeah?
