So this is the oldest dry red wine I have tried to date. Myself and a friend managed to get the bottle from a cellar in Paris. It is a privilege to try something that is 137 years old.
Nose of dry petals, cedar, forest floor and dust. Still alive on the palate with incredible depth and a sweetness on the finish.
What can I say it was alive and showing. WOW
