Tuesday, November 15, 2022 - Wish I had held this a bit longer but moving things around in the cellar and this was a single.
Tasted this earlier this year at Red Mountain.
In summary, a good mid-level cab from WA.
Barely a meniscus. N was primarily Oak and Cherry. Bit of sourdough, baking spices and soil. Palate had a bit of licorice but was more cherry/blackberry fruit.
Med+ length with the med+ tannins more prominent on the finish (front). Med+ complexity as it improves over time I would expect.
