Thursday, December 25, 2014 - Tasted out of curiosity, as it was one of the ingredients for my wife's beef Wellington. A rich, caramel and citrus nose was followed by a smooth, slightly heavy body that ended with a strong lemon tartness, yet with buttery caramel to the end.
