Wednesday, December 23, 2015 - Mouth watering acidity to balance the rich succulent sweetness of the wine. Not what I have experienced in the past with wines from Nahe, more like a Mosel IMO. Petrol notes, over ripe mango, an almost botrytis esk note. Continued to evolve throughout dinner. Paired with Thai food.
