Friday, January 12, 2024 - Trying the wine rating assistant - here goes nothing: The wine looks purple colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like gooseberry, black currant (cassis), prune, honeydew, lead pencil and green olive. It tastes like raspberry, black currant (cassis), apricot, cherry, pomegranate, cedar and rose. The body is full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.

My human notes: I really enjoyed this on first taste and by the time I was halfway done with my first glass, I was struggling to finish it due to how pungent and nectary it is. The wine seems like it was made in a lab; a lot is going on. Unlike Tom Wambsgans, I may prefer my wine more "agricultural".
