Sunday, November 10, 2019 - Very nice Chablis which is completely evolved and perhaps past it's prime. Opened late during a dinner and did not give it enough air. Some flavors of stone, apricot, and flint. A very rounded wine that perhaps lacks a little acidity and grip. I have 2 bottle left and I will definitely give it more time in a decanter next time.
