Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - Decent bourgogne. Light to medium ruby. On the nose, red fruit, chocolate, sage, forrest floor. On the palate, cherry, strawberry, vanilla, slight oak, and nice minerality. Smooth tannin nicely balanced with the acidity. Medium finish with candied cherry and raisins.
