Monday, October 31, 2016 - Superb example of why the high-acid high-fruit Riesling makes the greatest wines with residual sugar. Creamy texture. Acidity keeps refreshing without ever being cloyingly sweet. Utterly delicious lemon and lime citrus fruit. Will keep and drink well for years more.
