Friday, October 16, 2020 - Beautiful nose. Lime, sherbet, grapefruit, with more than a hint of petrol and wax. Dry palate, perhaps doesn't have the bracing acidity the nose suggests but still fresh. Quite a rounded fleshy fruit character, like a cooked/preserved lemon. Really solid and pleasant.
