Monday, July 11, 2022 - Under screw cap. I’d expected this to be dead as a door nail however it was surprisingly drinkable - amber coloured, a little sherries on the nose but still recognisable as a NZ Sauvignon on the palate. Enjoyable even if a curiosity.
