Tuesday, September 29, 2020 - 87. Weird nose out of the bottle but give it a few minutes then it becomes floral, perfume. Tastes of fresh ripe plum, fresh ripe blackberry fruit (the fleshy part), oak, vanilla bean, some bitter chocolate finish. Just a little astringency. Dry and smooth, drink now. The fruit fades after a couple of hours leaving a tartness which isn't really for me.
