Sunday, January 22, 2023 - Nose: initially: strawberry jam, blackberry, anise, roses, pepper. After more airing, also mushroom, quite nice. Tasting: 30 min after opening, med-bodied, med acid, bone dry. Tannic. After some more air, much smoother - still not extremely fruity. Unripe red berries (lingonberry, strawberry) merging with upwardsloping acid. Pretty short, but with tannins smoothed out a bit - relatively balanced. Anise, pepper in finish. Nice aftertaste of strawberry and hint of vanilla. 84p
