Friday, April 19, 2024 - Corked. And a surprisingly bad cork quality. I appreciate the FSC label on the cork and all the efforts of Salcheto to promote sustainable winemaking, but if bad cork quality ruins the wine and it ultimately goes down the sink, the whole idea of sustainable winemaking is somewhat jeopardized.
