Friday, December 29, 2023 - Old school Burgundy style village level wine.
Killer acidity right up front with loads of green apple, lemon, lime, pear, vanilla, and old oak in the background. Normally I do not talk about how a dry apple wine is but this is very dry. Almost as if there are tannins and they are drying out your mouth.
