Friday, December 23, 2022 - Moderately light red colour. Bouquet is red fruit mixed with forest and earth. Flavours start with light strawberry and cherry, then turns to floral notes, and then finishes with some earthiness and licorice. Lots of different flavour profiles in this one. Body is light but doesn’t result in any sacrifice of complexity. Can’t wait to try my second bottle in a few years.
