Friday, June 18, 2021 - Double decanted 4 hours. Orange zest, dried orange flesh and beautiful fresh flowers on the nose alongside good minerality and also waxiness. Magnificent weight and richness on the palette with perfect acidity giving it a wonderful tingle. A little spiciness, cinnamon perhaps. Beautiful sweet attack and mid palette. Pine needles or something similar on the nose and palette. Light vanilla, honey, and peach. Maybe grilled or barbecued bananas. So complex. Awesome.
