Friday, January 24, 2020 - Pre-Unendlich Dinner (Restaurant Waldhorn, Kirchheim, Germany): Glass: Gabriel Standard
Popped and poured. Clear, medium golden-amber color. Beautiful smoky nose. Almost oily, wonderful texture. Deep and dense. Medium- acidity, this makes the wine a bit broad and less exciting. Nevertheless, long finish and overall a beautiful wine at its full peak. 92-93
