Community Tasting Note

Monday, December 28, 2015 - Before tasting, I knew this was an Aubert but did not know vintage or vineyard. Blown away to know that this was 15 years old. Was fresh and lively out of the gate but had great weight and balance. Was described by someone else as a white for the winter and I couldn't have said it better myself. I would not plan on drinking this over any length of time as it did fade a little with time.
