Monday, April 1, 2024 - Needed good 2.5 hours of decanting to truly open up, kept evolving afterwords still. A very much masculine type of PN/Burgundy, with tannins only now becoming not intrusive. High acidity. Very floral and highly aromatic on the nose. Delightful.
