Sunday, December 23, 2012 - Pre-holiday afternoon with friends...mostly with Burgundy (Northbrook, IL): Not a personal favorite of mine. Sweet, ripe fruit to start, very forward, very 2006 in character. More austere and less interesting from middle to finish, showing some bitterness.
