Friday, April 9, 2021 - Initially, zingy-tingly (technical term) on entry. Saline, mineral and lemon. Dry white peaches, tart, but emphasis is on the stones and saline for this one. Very good now, upside with aging, eminently food-friendly.
We had it with roast chicken, a good match.
