Monday, March 1, 2021 - Medium gold color. Aromas of ripe apple, pear, a hint of peach and melon. Palate is full of apple, quince, pineapple, mango, and butterscotch. There is a lot going on at this point and it isn't quite put together but the stuffing seems substantial. I expect that this drinks well over the next 5 years and possibly could go the distance if it avoids premox. Drink or hold.
