Thursday, February 16, 2023 - Not my preferred style of Chablis.
Clearly leading with textural richness, which is something I expect (and want) in a Cotes de Beaune; not so much in a Chablis.
Lacks acidity and minerality and the aromatics are rather simple and short.
Underwhelming.
