Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - Jasper on Terroir: Chablis Grands Crus (67 Pall Mall TV): SE-facing and sunny. Rockier and higher than Les Clos, just adjacent, but still tends to be rounder and fatter and more approachable.

Austere, supercilious nose, with white flowers coming through. Precise on the palate, full of both fruit and the nutty caramel found in the Dauvissat. Elegant, lifted through the mid-palate and extremely saline. Stony on the finish.
