Tuesday, August 15, 2023 - Rich, round and tropical. Lots of complexity and depth, pretty good acidity (I'd take a bit more though!), and overall nicely balanced. Still young for sure, but already very fun to drink.

Adding more to this note at the end of the night… I left a small glass of this off to the side and drank after 2 hours of air. Opened up nicely and was pretty great! Definitely give this some air if you’re drinking it soon!
