Saturday, August 7, 2021 - Pale lemon, and starbright. Very complex flavours, with loads of greyish mineral tones and soft salinity, ripe orange peel, cool mint, and hint of cloves and vanilla, and a bit of almond nuttiness at the back. Very persistent, and the complexity shows at the finish. Very convincing, for one of the best plots of Chablis, from a known classic producer. Excellent wine!
