Saturday, February 3, 2024 - 13.3% abv. Deep purple-red. Medium+ body. Medium- acids. As fresh as when released. Superlative fruit, balance and structure. Ideal with food, and opened like a flower over the courses of dinner. On top of the world drinking (a reminder of the Dundee tasting room). Will extend our window by several years.
