Thursday, December 24, 2020 - Wine was a gift. Served at room temperature with dual entrees of Veal Piccata & Braised Beef Short Ribs.

Lovely, clear Ruby Red on the Pour. Nose of Cherries, with Cherry and Raspberry on the palate. Light-bodied, smooth, well-rounded tannin, combined with good acid balance to provide a pleasing lingering finish. 13.3% abv. Paired exceptionally well with both the lighter Veal Dish & the Beef Short Ribs.

A good example of a well-crafted California Pinot Noir that I'll seek out on my own.
