Thursday, May 6, 2021 - Nose of cranberries, sea salt, and almost some apple skin. Lighter bodied on the balance with more pure cranberry, crunchy unripe berries, salinity and a touch of orangey-citrus. Pleasant and well made Pinot that doesn’t try to mask its simplicity with any tricks — just feels food friendly and straight forward.
