Tuesday, February 1, 2022 - Paired with a fajita steak burrito. Dark, murky purple-crimson. Sweet and sour nose brings orange marmalade, creme brûlée, mint, grape compote, and raspberry pie. The palate is medium-light, round, fat, and crunchy, bringing candied strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and rhubarb into a juicy finish. Very compact and tangy, disappeared quite rapidly, actually. Drink 2022-2025. Technical score: 90. Enjoyment score: 92.
