Sunday, March 3, 2019 - There is great potential here in the sappy, pure red Pinot fruit. Quit elegant in palate. Like many 2005s there is still all structure and therefore rather reserved and undeveloped. But over 2 hrs open it began show another dimension with more earth notes. For best result hold off other bottles for at least 4-5 years. Suspect this will be truly terrific in time.
