Sunday, May 16, 2021 - Worried at first when decanting as a deep inhale revealed stewed fruit and ox. Fortunately this blew off and two hours later it was a glorious wine, perfectly resolved, secondary forest floor, brooding dark plummy fruit, long and delicious.
