Monday, November 29, 2021 - Plenty of tropical fruit and spice on the nose. Body added an oily texture with a medium feel. Finish is medium with some white pepper. Vibrant acid carries the fairly high RS. Chosen to pair with cornish hen with wild rice, cranberry and apple stuffing and did very well to compliment the dish. To just drink the RS was a touch overbearing at this age.
