Tuesday, January 9, 2024 - Toffee, caramel, tropical fruits and more nuances that have since faded from my mind. The acidity balances out the sweetness so perfectly. The opposite of heavy or cloying. Never hot or harsh despite the 19% abv. Just delightful and the perfect after-dinner drink.
