Thursday, October 29, 2020 - Young, fruity with strong notes of blue berries (myrtilles) and blackcurrants (cassis). A hint of strawberries (fraise). We transferred it twice in a carafe to take out the little remaining carbon (the wine is still a little young we will wait a bit to open the others).
