Les Champs Long with vines of over 40 yrs.
All are vinfied separately in tanks of concrete or stainless steel.
Aged 14 to 18 months in combination of cooperage (<40% new).
13% Abv.
Proprietors: Michel Gay (4th gen; retired in 2001) and sons
Sébastien and Laurent (5th gen)
Winemaker: Sébastien Gay

A(ccuray)=2: Med ruby/red. Pure fresh varietal.
B(alance)=3: Modulated components with firm structure.
C(omplexity)=2: Red berries, spice, earth.
D(epth)=1: Tender mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
