Saturday, August 28, 2021 - Very dark yellow-gold (skin contact natural wine); muted aromatics for this grape; almonds, yellow apple, apple sauce, rich, lots of extract, pretty broad, low acidty which was a problem for me. This wine needs some lift. Interesting version. Brian's from Lory.
