Monday, April 1, 2024 - A very solid and unique Cabernet Sauvignon blend which shows richness yet wonderful delicateness at the same time. Dark plump fruit, unsmoked tobacco, black pepper, all spice, green pepper along with dark chocolate. The Palate is rich yet delicate, with refined and slightly bruised dark berry fruit, cassis, blackcurrant and spice, the mid- palate is rich with a spicy undertone finishing long and dry. Love the spice component on all YY wines!
