Friday, January 13, 2023 - Straight down the middle Meursault - good nose of lemon oil and toast, with a slightly creamy sensation, and light poached pear. Open-knit, a touch oily and toasty, with a decent line of acidity. This has a lovely balance, if not the most complex. There is room for improvement over the next couple of years.
